A standard ascorbic acid preparation (E300), specially adapted for flour treatment marketed by our Partner MÜHLENCHEMIE.

Strengths

  • Being a very fine powder (100 mesh) it guarantees equal distribution of the active principle in flour
  • TAUBER A and B ANALYSIS KIT: MÜHLENCHEMIE has designed an ascorbic acid analysis kit using reagents, it enables the concentration and distribution of ascorbic acid present in flour to be rapidly established. Two separate solutions, stable in storage, which are mixed (1/1) and poured onto a damp sample as in a Pekar test. The ascorbic acid turns blue forming stains allowing semi-quantitative measuring out.
