Our range of high-quality Starches, Glutens & Pregelatinized Flours is produced from natural raw materials, using untreated flours and pure and controlled spring water.
The variety of raw materials and formulations offers a wide range of technological possibilities, which can be used in many different fields of application: animal and pet food, technical industry (for pelleted products), markets in which BÖCKER FRANCE is able to intervene in collaboration with our expert partner KRÖNER STÄRKE.
Due to the technological and ecological quality of the production process, whose main objective is to preserve as much as possible the natural benefits of starch and gluten, our range is an important technological asset as a thickening and binding agent. It is also beneficial in a “well-being & health” approach (protein intake, fat control, organic range, gluten-free starch).

Key products
VEALSTAR (wheat starch): for carbohydrate supplementation
WITTGEL (pregelatinized wheat starch): for milk substitute, with a light colour and low viscosity. In pellet application, improves the starch content while allowing good binding properties.
FEEDGEL (pregelatinized wheat starch): provides better viscosity. Also for aquafeed, for deep water fish pellets.
PRE-GELATINISED RICE FLOUR: 100% coagulation rate
GLUBY (wheat gluten): in water, chewing gum effect, used for feeding fish (allows pellet to float)
GLUFEED (soluble wheat gluten): gives a firm texture.
